3 Days desert trip from Marrakech Departure from the Riad, in Marrakech, in the direction of Ouarzazate through the Tizi-n’-Tichka pass (2260 m) on the impervious peaks of the High Atlas. Arrival at the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO heritage site and film set loved by Bertolucci. Continue to Ouarzazate, “the Ouallywood of Africa”, home of Atlas Studios and the context in which they filmed movies such as “Gladiator”, “Kundun”, or “The Jewel of the Nile”. 3 Days desert trip from Marrakech Departure from Boumalne Dades in the direction of the Todra Gorges characterized by high walls of red rock, lapped by the Todra torrent. Continue until you reach Erfoud, at the gates of the desert, a town known for the presence of fossils of marine origin. We will reach Rissani, a city of considerable importance for caravan exchanges where we will admire the lively souq and the Moulay Ali Cherif Mosque. The journey will continue towards the village of Merzouga, at the foot of the splendid dunes of Erg Chebbi, from where the caravan of dromedaries will depart towards the highest dunes. Return to the bivouac, at the foot of the dunes, after admiring a splendid sunset, for dinner and overnight stay in a private tent.

3rd DAY

Merzouga | Draa Valley | Agdz | Ouarzazate | Marrakech (Km 560).

We will cross the Draa Valley, a scenario of rare beauty witnessing Berber culture.
